I'm excited by opportunities to improve the state of the world by helping organizations and the people in them realize their potential. I have been fortunate to be able to pursue this interest in several organizations and countries. After finishing my term in 2016 as Director General of WorldFish, an International Research Agency dedicated to reducing poverty and hunger in developing countries, I decided not to seek another full-time position, opting instead to develop a portfolio approach for the foreseeable future and building a boutique consultancy practice.
